Mr.
Pham Trung Cang, General Director
Mr. Pham Trung Cang is the founder, General Director and Chairman of
Tan Dai Hung. He has over 24 years of experience in manufacturing
plastic bags. Mr. Cang has focused the company towards ensuring
customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business and constantly
seeks new ways to improve the customer experience. In addition to
duties at Tan Dai Hung, Mr. Cang is Vice Chairman of the Vietnam
Plastic Bag Association and is a founding shareholder and Vice
Chairman of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), Vietnam’s largest and most
successful privately-owned bank.
Ms. Do Thi Que Thanh, Finance Director
Ms. Do Thi Que Thanh, Director of Finance, has over 19 years working
experience at Tan Dai Hung. Ms. Thanh has overall responsibility for
monitoring the company’s financial transactions.
Ms. Ton Thi Hong Minh, Export Sales Director
Ms. Ton Thi Hong Minh, Director of Export Sales, has over 6 years of
sales experience at Tan Dai Hung. Ms. Minh has overall
responsibility for managing the relationship with existing export
customers, receiving sales orders, managing the process of providing
samples and quotations and ensuring that customer requirements are
met.
Mr. Pham Van Meo, Domestic Sales Director
Mr. Pham Van Meo, Director of Domestic Sales, has over 12 years of
sales experience at Tan Dai Hung. Mr. Meo has overall responsibility
for managing the relationship with existing domestic customers,
receiving sales orders, managing the process of providing samples
and quotations and ensuring that customer requirements are met.
Mr. Phan Van Tu, Production Planning Director
Mr. Phan Van Tu, Director of Production, has over 12 years of
production planning experience at Tan Dai Hung. Mr. Tu has overall
responsibility for developing the production process and
disseminating production orders.
Mr. Tran Thanh Hung, Production Director
Mr. Tran Thanh Hung is the Production Director. Mr. Hung
has over 6 years of manufacturing experience. Mr. Hung has overall
responsibility for creating production performance benchmarks and
improving the efficiency of the production process.
Mr. Doan Quang Thuan, Quality Control Director
Mr. Doan Quang Thuan, Director of Quality Control, has over 6 years
of work experience at Tan Dai Hung. Mr. Thuan has overall
responsibility for performing quality control, shepherding special
orders through production, and maintaining ISO records relating to
defect reports.
