Dai Hung is a joint stock company with approximately 23
shareholders. Shareholders include the senior management team,
outside individual investors and a private equity fund called the
Mekong Enterprise Fund, which is managed by Mekong Capital. Mekong Capital is working closely with Tan Dai Hung to make a number of improvements. For example, Mekong Capital has assigned a Six Sigma blackbelt to work closely with Tan Dai Hung to implement systems for measuring defects and eliminating the root causes of defects through a program of continuous process improvement. Tan Dai Hung intends to list on Vietnam’s stock exchange in 2005 or 2006.
